The nominee or insured may notify us of a claim under your personal accident insurance in the case of death or injury.

The following documents must be submitted for the processing of a claim:

• A death certificate issued by the railway, or any other document as specified in the policy.

• ID proof of insured.

• Nominee bank details and Identification proof (PAN card, Form 60, AADHAAR card, or govt. id).

• Policy copy issued by us. If not available readily, then please mention the same.
