It also offers a small but growing collection for players who have been craving more customization options when they play Minecraft PE via combat weaponry - Ever get tired of just using diamond swords or gear? Is it just too classic sometimes after all these years since release day on original Java Edition Modeset client software from 2011 . Now you can craft other types such as pistols with attachments like laser sights to make them useful during gameplay sessions

Attachment mode
- Press 'M' to enter attachment mode. To add attachments, you must have the attachments in your inventory. Further instructions will be displayed on screen of your game. Press the 'UP' arrow key to change sights/scopes. Press the 'DOWN' arrow key to add grips/laser attachments (press L to toggle laser on/off when equipped). Press the 'LEFT' arrow key to add a silencer that fits the gun's caliber (displayed under gun in inventory). And press the 'RIGHT' arrow key to change the gun skin. Keep in mind that not every gun takes the same skins.
Gun customization mode
- Several guns cannot equip grips/lasers/scopes etc. So the solution to this is to change the individual parts of the gun in order to equip them. Press 'M' to enter attachment mode, then press 'P' to enter the gun customization mode ('P' being the inspect key, you can switch between normal attachment mode and gun customization mode). Now from here it gets complex. Everything is conditional-- and there are several new categories. You can change the stock, the handguard, the grip, the front iron sight, the receiver, and the dust cover/rail.- KEYS -- Handguards are changeable with the 'DOWN' arrow key, the stocks are changeable with the 'RIGHT' arrow key, the front iron sight is changeable with the 'PERIOD' key, the receiver is replaceable with the 'LEFT' arrow key, the grip is replaceable with the 'RIGHT SHIFT' (RSHIFT) key, and the dust cover/rail is replaceable with the 'UP' arrow key.- Some stuff is conditional. In order to put on the Hera arms stock on the M4, you need to have the Hera arms grip. In order to put on another handguard for the M4, you need to take off the front iron sight. In order to put on a scope on an AK-47, you need to replace the dust cover with the Vepr dust cover. In order to attach grips on the M4, you need to replace the handguard.- The rest is up to you. You as the player have to experiment with the different gun parts and figure out how to use the system.
Commands
- There are certain commands to help you out.'/mw s r' this command shows you the recipe of any item held in your hand (try it out in creative)'/mw s a' this command allows you to view which attachments are compatible with the firearm held in your hand.
Config
- The configuration file in the config folder provides certain configurable (Out of lack of words) options that alter the mechanics. Bandit spawn is configurable, explosion size is configurable, and more. Common question includes how to disable bandits and gassy. Visit your .minecraft folder, and instead of going to your mods folder, find the config folder, then look for modernwarfare.cfg, then look for "spawn=1.0" under both bandit1 and gassy and set "1.0" to "0.0". Note: this doesn't remove the mobs from the game, it disables their spawn rate, so when joining back in, set your difficulty to peaceful then back to normal/easy/hard. Note 2: If the "custom mob spawner" mod is installed, it will render the bandit spawn config irrelevant, meaning even if their spawns are disabled they will still spawn in the game. This is not a mod incompatibility issue nor is it a bug, this is a function developed in the custom mob spawner mod that reduxes all the spawns of mobs in the game, hence the name of the mod. This isn't a problem of either mod, there are no bugs here.

There is also an "optimization" feature included in the mod - it's configureable in the config file. By default, it's set to 0.125. 0.0 would be optimization disabled - 1.0 would be optimization enabled to its maximum. This optimizes guns being held by entities you look at (mobs, players, armor stands, etc) by disabling pieces of the models the farther away you stand from them. The configurable option configures the threshold. If it's set to 0.0, therefore being disabled, no pieces will be disabled and you won't see any pieces being disabled either. If it's set to 1.0, you'll see pieces disappearing as close as a single block away.In the config file, you can also disable weapons. You do so by typing in their ID where it says <gun id="gun name" enabled="false"/>. But it's not the numerical ID, it's the item ID. So if you wanted to disable the AK-47, you'd type in <gun id="ak47" enabled="false"/>. If you want to disable more than one weapon, just copy the line and paste it below. You can make a whole list of disabled guns if you want to. Note, you should not disable guns that are used in the creative inventory icon tabs - otherwise the game will break. For instance, the creative inventory tab uses the M16A4 - so you should not disable the M16A4. To avoid confusion, some might think that they have to type in "item.mw_ak47" but this isn't true - just type in "ak47."

Requires:

Minecraft Forge

How to install:

Make sure you have already installed Minecraft Forge.

Locate the minecraft application folder.

On windows open Run from the start menu, type %appdata% and click Run.

On mac open finder, hold down ALT and click Go then Library in the top menu bar.
